  : I requested late check-in, on midnight, and the guy accepted that.
  : When we arrived to the property, there was facade or some recunstrictions outside, down to parking we where afraid to park beacuse of a lot thing of recunstrions, and the entery was modified with some scelets for reconstructions, the stairs where so noisy like cracks voices, floor the same cracking, the balcony in reconstructions. And we left this property to stay somewhere els. In my opinion, the most discomfort stay

  : It definitaly was a dream view. Great location on the slope of a hill/mountain, with a great view from the balcony. The host was VERY friendly and helpfull. Notable were the cuckoo clock and the strudle.

  : Without a doubt, a most excellent view of the mountains and beautiful at night with the twinkling of lights from a nerby town. The staff was very curtious and in an old fashioned way which passed with the ambience from the old but grand hotel, my visit felt like a step back in time and was a very relaxed feeling, with a positive way to return the energy from every day stress.
  : Wished the swimming pool was larger. However, 45 minutes drive to lake 'Lago di Balancino' is the next best thing to swimming at Lake Gardi, no restaurants where I was at, but a peaceful paradise.

  : Small family run hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The view from the room was sensational. Very clean and very tidy. Recommend.
  : Could have done with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Rooms just a tad dated.

  : Eduardo was the perfect person to run a hotell. Always helpful, always smiling when giving good service.
  : Very dated interior, hairs in the shower and bathroom floor ( some of the hairs was there the whole week, even though we talked to the owner about it.) The parking is very small (See picture).. It should be mentioned that the restaurant only is open at short times for lunch and dinner and they also want you to book in advance. The only other place to eat in the village is a pizzeria that is only open on weekends. For other alternatives it is 30 min drive to Pistoia. The walls are paper thin and you here absolutely everything from rooms next door. The balcony is1 meter wide, you cannot sit in a chair and have someone else going around you. Toilet seat was broken and not hygienic. Toilet paper holder falling to the floor all the time. Dated and not very well maintained. Also the picture of the pool on booking looks way nicer than it is in reality.

  : The name of the hotel doesnt lie, the view is really stunning. The staff is super helpful and very nice. We didnt use the pool but it was always clean. The breakfast is nice and delicious, not many options, but its still very nice. The dinner was delicious as well. Really welcoming hotel.
  : The parking is bit complicated if the parking is full, but I would like to highlight that whenever we didnt find a parking place we just had to tell and the staff helped.
