  : Air con didnt work and was told by the desk that it had broken down for the hotel. We had to open the window but it was very noisy

  : The hotel is kept clean.
  : WiFi was not working and hotel staff blamed it on our phones, wasted a lot of our time trying to explain how it is our phones and settings that are the reason, then the last day of our stay it miraculously started working on our phones without us fixing any settings like they previously insisted. Dinner is extremely bad and would not recommend it. The taste was terrible, not edible. The atmosphere of it all is not good, waiter kept staring at us or at crime show that he played on the big tv in the restaurant. Seeing dead bodies while sitting in the restaurant was definitely just adding to the whole bad experience.

  : Good location outside of town and about 20 minutes drive from the airport, plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were large and clean and comfortable.
  : While parking was free, we were told that it was recommended to stay in a special paid parking, because parking outside they could not guarantee the "safety" of our car... that felt a bit coercive. Second, the rooms were a bit shabby and in need of a little renovation - wallpaper was peeling off, some sockets were loose, towel racks bent and useless. Third, you cannot control the heating from the room - the air condition control panel does not work. We had to ask the reception to switch it on from there and then there was no way to switch it off except to call them. Finally, going back into our room after dinner, the room smelled like somebody smoked in there - the smell seemed to come from the air conditioner in the room . The hotel clerk told us the smell came from "outside" and did not help at all.

  : Room was a good size, beds were comfortable, secure parking, great view of Vesuvius from our room. Quite opulent decor everywhere.
  : No air conditioning in room, breakfast little better than less expensive places.
