  : We just stayed here for the third time. We love the location, the vibe, the property and the lovely people who own and run it. It's a beautiful place to stay. Very helpful staff. We have only stayed in the winter and early season so I cannot comment on the pool or the restaurant, but I am sure they are wonderful too.
  : Honestly, the only comment any of us have had is that the pillows could be softer otherwise no complaints at all.

  : Nice property. Rooms are small but clean. Quiet. Enjoyed the breakfast.
  : Small rooms especially bathrooms. Restaurant closed and had to drive to get dinner when we were tired from traveling all day.

  : Extremely kind and helpful staff, one of the lady at the reception always had a smile on and gave great recommendations. The hotel is very remote in a beautiful setting, massive vineyard from every angle. Free bottle of wine on arrival, is a very nice touch. Great breakfast with lots of options. Few minutes drive away from Saturnia. (beginning of Sept) UPDATE: We came back! On our way back we decided to stay again in Villa AquaViva! (We are on a road trip through Italy and we travelled almost all the way down to south and now back up) As before the staff is really the best, Cristiana (I hope spelled right) at the reception and the girl from Romania at breakfast (unfortunately we forgot to ask her name) welcomed us back and really made our stay memorable. She even remembered my coffee preference This time we managed to do a wine tasting too, partially the reason we came back. It was such a nice experience and Cristiana did a fantastic job at it. Thank you to the whole team, these stays were really some of the greatest highlights of our trip.
  : No internet in the rooms and very weak connection even at the common areas. Unfortunately I had to work during our stay so it was a struggle for me, but otherwise you may enjoy to disconnect while there. The room looks a bit outdated and the bed isn't the most comfortable one but we're only triggered by it because we are on the road for more than 2 months now while I also work otherwise it was a lovely stay and would even come back. UPDATE: We learned during the wine tasting that the rooms in the Villa - where we stayed both times - were the first ones as hotel rooms, that explains a bit (plugs were also falling out of the wall in the room we stayed the second time) so maybe the beds are older there, the mattresses are spring ones, so maybe in the new rooms they are better, more comfortable.

  : Really beautiful place within south Tuscany country side. Nice restaurant also, and tennis court.
  : Air condition wasnt working. Too hot bedroom, or if its cold enough outside you can open your windows, but than you suffer from bugs and morning light if you plan to not wake up any sunrise. TV also didnt work with just two RAI channels. Complained about it on both scenarios and staff didnt do anything. Internet was terrible in 90% of places, including all bedrooms on second floor. Must have better choices on the region if you want a comfortable bedroom.
