  : Great location within the walls. Clean and comfortable bed and breakfast. Original ceiling.Staff on location for breakfast period only. Keypad entry was easy. Good breakfast.
  : Kids seem to congregate outside and can be noisy, but that is out of anyone's control. The room is a little dark.

  : I'd read some of the previous reviews and disagree. Solo traveller and female I felt completely safe, the stairs are narrow but if I can manage to lift two suitcases up and down being only 5ft then I'm sure you can do it.My room,small but was perfect as a base,TV was in Italian,but you're not there to watch TV,the ensuite was huge for the room and the water was hot and it was clean. It also has the advantage of air con.Really easy to navigate from the bnb to the walls and amphitheater and a 10 minute walk to the train station.
  : Downside was the room window,there were slats and double glazing,just outside the room was a streetlight which though the slats did shine onto your face,luckily I had an eye mask which I used. Sounds does carry, but it's tiled floors and bare walls.

  : There was a drain smell in the (otherwise very clean!) bathroom - probably fairly typical in cities and wasn't a huge problem!
