  : The location was perfect. Right next to Motollino gondolas and 2 minutes from the city center. Couldn't have better location.
  : There was absolutely 0 natural light. Windows for bedrooms were facing a wall without any light coming in - it always felt like basement in bedrooms. When we arrived, there were 2 dishwasher tablets, absolutely no soap or dishwasher liquid, 2 toilette paper rolls. No shower gel, shampoo. For a pandemic where cleanliness and hand washing is urged, it was very poorly equipped. There were trash containers down at the ski-room but the owner said "those are only hers" and that all guests have to go somewhere around the house and find another container - given the sizes of those containers it seemed completely unnecessary.

  : One of our flats was extra spacious; the cycle parking space was excellent, the bedrooms were comfortable as were the sitting areas; really handy for daily fresh bread and a friendly pizzeria across the road.
  : No bread board in one of the flats, rooms not cleaned until 6.30 pm so unable to enter premises until done; hotel i/c the chalet was up a long hill - made us cycle up after a long day to show them all our passports before they gave us the keys when we could have done this by vehicle with a bit of planning.

  : Perfect location for skiing on the Motolino side. Big apartment, very clean. The kitchen is nicely equipped. Close to the village center. Close to the ski-bus stop
