  : Really beautiful property in the nature, calm place (kind of rustique, but not too much :-), nice breakfast, parking by by the property, friendly stuff and cozy room.
  : We did not mind, but walk to Livigno for dinner takes ~30 minutes. Again, we did not mind and we booked pretty late, but there were quite intense communication over WhatsUp shortly before arrival accommodation (e.g., instruction for check-in) - that may be an issue for people who are already on the way there without mobile data.

  : The smell of chemical perfumes in the air and all bedding was so strong that we got out as soon as the day was bright enough to leave. We did not even stay for breakfast. Unless you like the smell of chemical laundry perfumes, I recommend that you stay away from Baita Luleta altogether.
  : By far, this was the most disappointing stay that we can remember in many years. The location is very nice, and right at the foot of a very nice walk. But the place is infused with the strongest of chemical perfumes that weve ever experienced in an accommodation. We found four automated dispensers spraying chemical perfumes into the small hallway and stairwell. The washroom smelled like the inside of a clothes dryer that tumbled overly perfumed fabric softener. But worst of all, the pillows, bedding and blankets absolutely reeked of artificial chemical perfume. The strength of the smell caused a headache and irritation of the nose. We could not sleep and left even before breakfast was served. Unless you like the smell of chemical laundry perfumes, I recommend that you stay away from Baita Luleta altogether.
