  : Good new property, perfect pool with sand beach. Private territory and parking.
  : Too early check-in time (We were forced to cancel the planned excursion in order to have time to get there and get the keys on time) + office located in 1.5 far from apartments. The provided bed linen is disposable and made of uncomfortable material. Towels, soap, shampoos, etc. was not present (this would not be a problem if we had been warned about this in advance, we could have taken it from home, but we was forced buy it in nearest supermarket) Despite the fact that the apartments dog-friendly, there is NO ONE beach near the apartments allow dogs.

  : We really liked the pool area, and the apartment. It was a little bit basic design, but it is fine for a holiday. Air conditioning and electric shaders are absolutely plus. Shops are in walk distance.
  : The beds are not so comfortable, and to reach the beach you need a bit of a walk. However at the end we found it not tiring at all. There is no dedicated umbrella, so we needed to rent for the week, which is extra cost. It was a bit hard to find. The key code for the door did not work, we end up using the car door all the time.

  : Accommodation was excellent and location. Staff at the office on where to collect keys from where great too.
  : Only major down side to this accommodation site, is that half are privately rented out (through agency) and half are owned and used by local Italians. The problem with this is they appear to have a set of rules for the complex, which seems one rule for themselves and another for others staying a complex ( eg no balls in pool, but locals playing water basket ball and the water volleyball in quite time!) u have been warned!

  : the pool and sand directly outside the door was brilliant. the location was near the toursit areas but not too close
  : the noise from the water heater at night. there could be some instructions for the likes us english speakers who were not used to italian homes

  : The property is in a beautiful setting, with close access to the main shopping/eating area in Lido di Jesolo. The pool are is fabulous and the layout of the apartment very good.
  : There are some very simple changes which would really help including - more mirrors in the bedrooms, key pick up closer or use of a key drop box, going to the office to pick up keys on arrival is a poor first experience. we were on foot and its a 15min walk from the bus station to the office then about 30mins back to the apartment.
