  : Location. Room decoration. Architecture. Outdoor pool. Not a bad breakfast. Beautiful nature. We were with an infant - sorry neighbors :) Free baby bed, but in very poor condition. Indoor car parking. A 5-10 minute drive away are gorgeous lakes with clear water and beautiful scenery. the staff is nice and not intrusive.
  : Poorly cleaned luxury room. Worn robes. Two left slippers in the set :) Uniform breakfasts. In the indoor pool you can die from the amount of chlorine and the temperature, my wife felt bad. I planned to bathe the child in the indoor pool, but we did not dare to do this because of the amount of chlorine; the childs capillaries burst in front of his eyes after 10 minutes of being in the indoor pool.

  : Beautiful building and friendly staff. Walking distance to town
  : Old room and quite musty.

  : Good food and a nicely served dinner. An excellent outdoor pool in a pleasant park setting. There is an underground garage, which is spacious enough. From the hotel, it is a pleasant walk to and around Lake Levico.
  : The beautiful old building of the hotel would need renovation. Also, rooms need serious and thorough updating. The rooms are also cramped and hot in the summer, as they do not have air conditioning. The TV in the room was not working. There were maybe one or two cleaners in the whole hotel, who of course failed to clean the rooms every day. The rooms facing East and North have a strong spotlight at night from the psychiatric hospital above the hotel, which is a bit uncomfortable. Be prepared for your room not being ready upon arrival.

  : The hotel restaurant is good and well run. The pool area, and nearby park is beautiful.
  : Basically anything else. The hotel incl. all the other services are not in a good shape. The days of a Grand Hotel are long over. Basically, some parts of the hotel (e.g. benches outside) are falling apart without anyone really caring.

  : Entering the hotel gardens and driving up to the hotel is like taking a step back in time. Grand, a bit old fashioned and dated, but great value for the money! We had a wonderful stay. Perfect for hiking and biking and relaxing in the warm pool before dinner. Breakfast and dinner were great, staff was very friendly.
  : too bad the pool in the garden was already closed in october even though the weather was still warm.

  : Great spa facilities and I liked that they were open from 8 a.m. The grounds are spectacular and well tended. The location is good. Rooms rather small with a lot of space devoted to inessentials; but the public areas were large and comfortable.
  : Unsmiling staff but for the cleaners. The hotel added a surcharge of 40 a night for our small child though the room was exactly the same, not a triple - that is the first time this has ever happened to me in Italy. I had the feeling that they were trying to make money on everything, rather Ryan-air-like and ill fitting the elegance of the hotel itself.
