  : The location has a great view: it is a bit more than 10 min away from Sperlonga and one can enjoy a nice panorama on the surrounding hills and sea. The common areas are well kept and good looking. The room was nice, although the door didn't close completely (a small draft was passing through). However the air conditioning was good enough to compensate. We couldn't try the restaurant as it was closed nor the swimming pool: I guess it's still too early in the season for both.
  : The shower gave us some troubles: on the first day it took a long time to have hot water, and it lasted for a very short time. After that it became abruptly cold again. We had to wait to be able to do a second one. The second day we tried to use the shower again after dinner but we had no hot water at all. Since more people (in other rooms) were around compared to the first day, we thought it was just a momentary issue and waited for the next day but we had no luck. At breakfast we explained the situation to the staff and they told us they already knew and were working to fix the problem. Unfortunately, they couldn't so they offered us to go to another room. It's nothing dramatic, of course: something can go wrong from time to time. Considering the price we paid, it was a bit unpleasant, though.

  : location was amazing with stunning view. Def a great place. I think the location need a bit of redecoration. mattresses could be more comfortable. I would definitely come back but I would love to see some improvement.

  : Fabulous place to stay, approx 15 minutes drive from Sperlonga, beautiful pool and views. Great breakfast. Staff very accomodating.

  : Beautiful view and good food at the restaurant.
  : Not so clean nor well maintained. We travelled with a 3 month old baby and the cot mattress was extremely dirty, they exchanged it with one that looked better but smelled terrible which is not acceptable. Extremely bad wifi and no network whatsoever so is impossible to place or receive a call with your mobile phone. For us this was a big issue. They did not offer any solution for this not even a refund (we would have changed hotel).

  : The pool, the views and scenery, friendly staff, and the lovely accommodations.
  : The restaurant is nice but its menu limited, especially for families with children, and its pricey for what it is. And its a considerable drive to Sperlonga in the evening for alternate dining options.

  : Quiet bedroom and a welcomed swimming pool!Very nice breakfast attended by efficient and smiling ladies.Our waiter for dinner was extremely nice and tried to make us feel welcomed.For the sake of objectivity I was not feeling well that evening and it might have obscured my perception!
  : Its a bit far away and the drive not easy.The dinner menu is short which should have been the proof of fresh products! Unfortunately the fried eggplant had probably been reheated and did not taste good! The cod tempura was not a tempura but the fish was fine!

  : Pool was beautiful and clean. Kids were welcomed by the staff. Room was very clean and had everything you needed for your stay. Restaurant was very nice.
  : Sheets were a bit scratchy but thats a minor inconvenience on the whole.
