  : Good food, staff in restaurant is very kind, very clean rooms and pools, nice view over Citara bay, shuttle bus to beach
  : Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, you need to go down to Citara beach to buy something in market and city center is a little bit far from hotel (to go by walk)

  : Clean and well maintained. Facilities were OK but nothing special. Supposed to be 4* but in reality, nearer a low end 3* Special mention to Vito, one of the Reception staff who (unlike the other staff) was well educated, knowledgeable and very helpful. thanks to him, we found two excellent restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.
  : The food was dismally poor and the service staff not much better. We made the mistake of paying for half board - the first dinner was so revolting, we went out to eat for the last two nights. Anyone going there should take B and B only and plan on eating out at one of the many decent restaurants nearby. The hotel (like many in Italy) also cannot help making small and irritating charges for things - like EUR3 a day for swim towels. Evidence of a small minded attitude to their business.

  : Fantastic location, views. Cleaning of the room was great. Food is honest and tasty. loads of vegetables and seafood - all cooked nicely. We are fussy with food and we found it more than acceptable.
  : Reception staff is disgustingly rude especially the young guy who was checking us in on Saturday 30.06. All of them have no understanding of customer service - you are treated like you owe them for staying in the resort. Room was very small and uncomfortable. We booked a room with sea view and it didnt look at all like on the pictures here on Booking.com. It was dark and tiny - could hardly walk around the bed. Air con only works on fan mode and doesnt cool the room so you either suffer with the noise and blow of air in your face at night or sweat to death. Cannot open the windows as mosquitoes will eat you alive. I booked long time ago but when arrived was told that only ground floor room was available. It was a complete dread returning to the room in the afternoon as there were always other guests sitting on the lounges right in front of my balcony smoking or loudly talking on the phone. zero privacy!

  : Location, service, staff. Everyone is super polite, gentle and caring. Special thanks to Maria for being very organised and helpful, Igor is very friendly and there is a waiter (dont know the name) who is very very lovely and funny.
  : Food, however the range was good enough. Breakfasts are good.

  : the view was very nice the food excellent we had half board, the service at the restaurant was great
  : very far from the beach the hotel has a shuttle service to the beach which helps. But i felt a bit isolated it's far to go to Forio center by walk and the bus to go to porto takes one hour. We end up closed to the hotel at the evening.

  : The location is perfect, the beach Citara is amazing. We liked a food a lot, a member of the waiter staff, Mr. Landi is very pleasant, friendly and charming, and made our stay very welcoming:)
  : We expected more in terms of facilities and accomodation for a 4star hotel. Also, it can be a little bit challenging if you don't speak Italian:)
