  : Very nice place, great bedroom very clean with confortable beds, nicely furnished and decorated. Easy parking , very easy to find from the motorway. Great dinner In a beautiful and big dining room with genuinely prepared food ( nice pizza and antipasto, great meat, exceptional orecchiette al sugo or with pancetta and zucchini) do not miss the home made croqu ! Extremely nice people working there, the landlord is a little bit sui generis but he chose very well his employees! Everyone is very keen to make you stay agreeable, btw perfect respect of the Anti covid rules. Breakfast simple but ok. Good value for money, we will definitely be back!

  : The room is huge, it has 4 beds and it can easily host an entire family. Good cleanliness. Place is very easy to reach from the highway exit. I did not eat in their restaurant but it looks very good; it is a cool place.
  : The design of the property is not the best for it's actual purpose (it is normal as it was meant to be an oil mill), the front desk is inside the restaurant in the middle of the dining area which I guess it is not the best if you check in during restaurant busy hours. The parking is a bit far from the rooms entrance but you can drop off your luggages right in front of the door and then go to the parking (nothing that can be fixed or to do with the current owner). The sign by the entrance is not very visible or it doesn't stick out anyway. My room had only one window in a very awkward position and no mirrors, it really needs a mirror other than the one in the bathroom; also the bed mattress could be a bit more comfy, this one was not the best.

  : We slept here on a Saturday night and there was such a huge crowd of Italians that came here to eat! We had some minor language barrier difficulties, but the staff was so extremely friendly and tried to explain everything and would go the extra mile to make you comfortable. Even with all the guests in the restaurant, we had no noise problems in the room. The bed and bathroom were comfortable. Diner and breakfast were good. Would recommend this!

  : the place was totally deserted. The neighbours gave telephone number of owner who arrived an hour later to hand me the keys and left again. Nice room, well equipped, but only one window.

  : We didnt get to go because they cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
  : They cancelled on us with less than 24 hours notice under cover of offering us a free cancellation and they didnt wait for a reply and simply cancelled - booked in February, communicated with them Re booking the restaurant for dinner - then they simply cancel one day before our stay in September - very poor situation when travelling with kids in particular
