: I came to stay at Magnolia in Grottaglie mainly for ceramic shopping. The b&b is conveniently located in the city center and just minutes of walking distance to many of the ceramic shops. This place is very clean, comfortable beds, and restaurants/shops nearby. Also, very responsive to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again.

: Nice sized room. Clean and comfortable. Central location in the old town of Grottaglie.
: Poor customer service. The person who greeted us with the key was pretty inflexible about the check-in time - we had to give an exact time the day before and when we called to let her know we were 30 minutes away (arriving a little earlier than planned), she was quite abrupt and told us she couldn't come before the previously arranged time. Unfriendly and unhelpful when checking us in too. The 'available parking' refers to public, on-street parking located a 5 minute walk from the property. Our stay included breakfast and we were given tokens for a nearby bar. I order a cappuccino and cornetto and my partner, a double espresso and a cornetto. As we were leaving, they informed us we 'owed them' extra on account of ordering a double espresso, instead of a single.

: Very clean. Great location in the graphic streets of the beautiful town of grottaglie. The hosts are great and the breakfast at Primo Collazione is the epitome of Italian welcoming!!!
