  : Breakfast was very good, however, absent of fresh juices, only sweet juices on offer.Pool was good, had to wear hats to cover your hair, but this was not a bad thing. Should not have to pay extra for using the spa and indoor pool.

  : Surrounding area is beautiful with classic Tuscan vistas.
  : The staff's level of helpfulness varied. One person in particular, Sara, was amazingly sweet and nice. Others were not so friendly and helpful. For example, the front desk wouldn't call a taxi for us until I pushed them to. This is a basic service hotels all over the world offer their guests. The room looked much nicer in the photos. The beds were not current and comfortable nor were the pillows. The bathroom door would not close. The rooms need an update.
