  : I chose this hotel for the location as it faces the lake and I've selected a room with a direct view of the lake. The bar on the terrace is great.
  : The structure is very old. It's like going back in the early nineties. The lights in the room are very noisy and the furniture is cheap (for the price I've paid). Dinner was basic and not so tasty. During checkout, the receptionist had been very aggressive when I presented my feedback regarding a small communication issue. We decided to dine in the structure's restaurant, they gave us a fixed price for the whole dinner but during checkout, I noticed a small amount that I could not recall spending. Turns out the water is priced on the side during dinner. It's not a big deal, nevertheless, I gave feedback to the receptionist that it would be better to make it explicit towards the customers. She got quite heated and showed us the bill that I have signed. She basically told me that I'm a idiot for signing the bill without reading it. I fully agree I should have carefully read the bill during dinner, nevertheless, I didn't expect to be treated that way for simple feedback. I didn't refuse to pay, I simply gave a personal suggestion.

  : Vera from the reception was very kind, gave good tips and spoke good English. The gym and -3 floor were closed due to what seemed leakage. People who served the breakfast were nice. Location is great.
  : The hotel used to be really nice (you can also see that clearly) but is now in a state of faded glory. There is a lot of rubble outside and many details seemed to be unfinished.

  : The bathroom wasn't clean. The spa was just horrible and the jacuzzi outside wasn't clean. The room was old The tap in the bathroom was broken Too expensive for the facilities offered
