  : The proximity to the marina was excellent and the size of the first "family room" we were in was amazing. After one night of listening to a party go until 3:30 in the morning (and the phone not working to complain), the staff moved us to another room further from the event halls as they had more events scheduled for the last night of our stay.
  : On the Saturday night of our stay the hotel hosted an event which was happening on the ground floor. We were on the third floor and it sounded as though we were right next door. The music and singing were SO LOUD! Unbelievably loud. I found out at 2:30 in the morning when I tried to call to call the front desk that the phone did not work. Finally, around 3:30 in the morning the party ended and we were able to get a bit of sleep. The hotel seems as though at one time was extremely nice, but it's in desperate need of a remodel.

  : Good business type hotel at Genova airport. Large rooms, comfortable beds, parking, nice surroundings and view over the sea port.
  : Wedding party in the hotel, a bit outdated interior.

  : The staff made me feel uncomfortable, they were fully booked and I felt my business was not important to them.

  : No early checkin, resturant and bar only open at lunch and dinner times. Mostly work men and builders sating and eating there.

  : The restaurant and bar were useless I was made to wait for a table 20 min and couldnt get a drink during that time. Once I got a table I waited for 30 min and no one took my order. I kept asking the waiter but he told me to wait. I watched 3 other people before me give up and leave after no service. I left without a meal and discussed this with reception after my room key card failed and she said they werent busy so shouldnt be like that. However she said she was receptionist so all she could do was call the restaurant, but she didnt.
