  : Location was great - close to Cathedral, in the old townBathroom refurbished and lovelyComfortable enough apart from below. Bed and sofa bed (but no privacy between the two) not that that bothered me. It is located in a fascinating city, very glad I stopped by.
  : Air con was dreadful which in hot muggy temperatures was difficult. Not allowed to adjust it yourself, not on at night or when you are out. It was no 18, and I believe other apartments were being used by tourists, so it might be pot luck which one you get. In reviews I had read about really pleasant owner, food left but I had none of that. Not easy to find and no instructions on how to. That part of Genova is not easy to navigate on Maps, and the road it is on is not straight or well marked. Its very close to Pestobene but that is in the wrong place on maps.

  : Provided bottles of water, toast biscuits and jam. One per person.
  : The description of the bedding was misleading and false. Advertised as 4 beds but only three beds in the apartment in which we were one bed short for a person. They keep saying they couldn't put one bed down for the sofa bed description so they put 2 and were argumentative about the bed situation. The apartment was extremely hot and they couldn't adjust the apartment temperature so it stayed at 24/25 degrees on a 30 degree day. Air conditioning is turned off at night by management so you can imagine how hot it got. Apartment did not have enough towels for everyone. Chairs in the apartment are fragile and came apart at the joint when sat on causing injury to a person. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and hard. The staff was not helpful and did not respond to me regarding my questions. They said they would and i have not heard from them since and ignored my follow up (they use watsapp so i know it has been received). The area of which the apartment is in is dirty and unsafe. Extremely overpriced.

  : This studio apartment is in the old town a few minutes from San Giorgio metro station. Its an excellent location to see the heart of Genoa and the port. It is modern, well decorated, clean and has everything you need including a sofa bed that is made up with sheets and pillows. Its a good size for a couple. Eventhough in the centre of the old town the apartment is very secure. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. There is a sink, small fridge, stove top and microwave for cooking.The staff are easily contactable on whats app. Supermarket, shops and restaurants are all close by. When you have had enough pizza, foccacia and pasta we fould a modern Genovese restaurant using local seasonal produce called L'Embriaco, great for a special night out.
  : The air conditioning was set to 24.9 degrees it was too hot and should be 22 or 23 for comfort. We opened the windows at night and that helped.

  : Bed Bugs - I can not sleep because of bed bugs. When I complained to the hotel by presenting a photo of the insect bite mark, they avoided responsibility by slandering me that I had been bitten somewhere else. Dark Lighting - The indoor lighting was as dark as in a cave. Request for supplemental lighting denied. I bought a new light bulb at my own expense.

  : Location is very good. Facilities are very good but the room feels a bit impersonal.
  : Hair drier did not work and was not replaced despite requesting this. Offer to look after luggage on departure day was not honoured. Impossible to contact host via Whatsapp, telephone or calling at office. We had a discounted price for two nights but still felt that it was expensive, maybe the location dictates the cost.

  : I cannot think of much that I liked. I guess the size of the room was good.
  : I arrived at night and had to wait outside for a while for someone to let me in. In the meantime I almost got high on the "cigarettes" smoked by local people sitting outside. The room had no outside windows, it was overlooking an inner courtyard and got light and air through windows overlooking same. The smell of anything that had been cooked in the other appartments had been embedded in all materials in the room. Apart from the smell I had an issue with cleanliness and temperature control (there just wasn't any). Cell phone reception was very bad and the wifi signal very erratic. I would not stay in that place for free! But indeed I did not, as I left in the middle of a paid booking.

  : Location was good with easy access to the port area and old town once you had figured out the directions. Nice parquet floors. Good storage space for a few days' stay for a single occupant. Great local cuisine at cheap lunch rates at nearby squares. Lots of little shops around.
  : Right side of the bed was creaky and overall the bed was hard. I think it's time to replace the creaky parts. By the fifth night I had hip pain from the hard mattress. Tv only has Italian channels. Access lanes to the building are being used as urinals so they are quite smelly.

  : The location, in the pedestrian old town and close to the Aquarium, was excellent. We were easy walking distance from most of the attractions we wanted to see. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. There is an elevator for heavy luggage.
