  : The beds were soft and clean.It was very good that there was an air-conditioning. The Restaurant near to the hotel is also very nice.

  : I usually dont write really bad reviews, because i always find something positive on every property i have been. But this time, i will make an exception.The room had sticky floor, the bathroom was not cleaned, the bed was old and had smell. The walls were very thin. We could hear everything in the room. Above else, this is located above a restaurant, so we didnt get much sleep. After the restaurant closed, you could really hear everything. Each car that drove past, everyone talking. That wouldnt matter that much (we can take a bad sleepover for one night), but the straw that broke the camels back was the host. Before arriving, the host just wanted to know, when we arrive and communication was not an issue. The problem was after. My boyfriend forgot his electric toothbrush. We figured that out upon arriving home. We immediately contacted the host. The host needed one day to respond and said they found the toothbrush. We wrote back, if they can send it back (of course we would pay all expenses and throw in a something a little extra). Nothing. Radio silence. The next day i wrote again and what i got back is:Im sorry we do not send things back. I asked why? What would the problem be, since it is literally 15min of work (go to the post office, wrap the item, and send it). And again. Radio silence. Now nothing is free in this world. And instead of a couple of euros, we had 100 in damages. Imagine, if this would be a laptop or a wedding ring, or something more valuable? I understand that the host doesnt have to send lost items back. Its a matter of kindness and respect to customers!So would I recommend? Absolutely not. This was by far the rudest host i have ever encountered and the worst room Ive ever slept in.
