  : The property is in the heart of Galatina. Perfect for exploring the city centre and close to all the main shopping area. Staff at reception were incredibly friendly and breakfast was great. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you

  : Decor was set up as a boutique hotel that suggested grandeur. The lounge area had club chairs and interesting historic objects. Art work adorned the walls. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
  : The second floor was stuffy and hot even though the outside temperature was only 25 degrees. The problem was that the windows in the lounge area werent opened in the morning or evening to refresh the space. Our room was very comfortable. We had breakfast on the terrace, but were plagued by European wasps. The next day we ate inside

  : the location and the terrace were certainly the best parts. Go there if you travel light or if you manage to book a bigger room
  : We were given the smallest room (and without cathedral view) despite paying for a twin cathedral view room on Booking. Regardless of the view, the room was really too small (and not tall enough for me) for 5 nights (of a 2 week holiday). We didnt even have room to open or store our luggage flat and had stuff all over the place. The access to the room was also challenging with a very steep and narrow stair and no lift. We asked to be moved to a different one but the hotel had no other availability apparently The staff isnt available past 9 or 10pm, and in 2 occasions we got back to the hotel past that time and found our toilet supplies hadnt been replenished - and didnt have anyone to ask. Also, Booking states there is Parking available - but that couldnt be more incorrect. The Hotel is surrounded by blue parking stalls (where you need to pay) and only few free parking stalls are available farther away from the hotel (but nearly impossible to find empty in high season). Parking was a nightmare (and expensive!) and I would have booked another Hotel had I been told that upfront.
