  : The owner was really helpful. The view of terrace was beautiful. There was coffee and kettle in the shared kitchen.
  : Humidity was not okay. The sheets were wet because of it. Air conditioner helped but since it cannot be turned on every time it was hard to combat that. Our room does not have the view and no sunlight was available.

  : very clean, spacious and amazingly located! Beautiful spot bang in the medieval centre.
  : Some dispensers for shampoo and body wash would be fantastic, rather than single use packets! We arrived early and were allowed in which was fantastic, but the communication was a little unclear/difficult regarding the check in :)

  : Location is really bad, difficult to reach the place with a car. Was no gas in the kitchen- no abity to cook meal! Freezer was only for the staff, only coffe mashine was for the guests. So disappointed. The room was almost underground, dark and creapy. Moreover, the place looked not the same as in the pictures.

  : The room and common spaces were well-maintained and stylish. The location was very central yet relatively quiet.
  : The owner ran a couple of hotels and could not provide an exact time to meet even though we provided our preference. He did not make us aware ahead of time that they could provide us with remote access to the property. Remote access was only given after we waited 25 minutes outside of the hotel. This was also the only place in Italy where we did not get any notifications/instructions in the days leading up to the stay. We had to write to them for instructions. Customer services and organization was sub-standard.

  : A nicely decorated, stylish, clean room up in the medieval part of the town. Our host was warm and super helpful and kind enough to allow us to leave our bags after checkout. He went out of his way later to then bring them down by car to a point where we could stop in our taxi on the way back from the beach. It meant we could continue onto our next destination without having to get the taxi up to the B & B , and it was greatly appreciated! We really enjoyed the bar cafe the manager suggested for breakfast

  : I have to move to another property, located in the modern city. Nice clean room with window on the street, good shower, comfortable bed. Great thanks for convinient parking (payed). Close to the city beach and Grot of Turkey/monastery and mountain park.
  : I was booking the B&B in the old city, and spent about hour driving there, parking, and contacting property owner, just to learn that this location is closed due to winter and Im offered an alternative one (have to admit it happen to be an adequate alternative). Why they didnt warn me in advance - its a question.
