  : The staff were excellent, they really worked so hard to make our holiday great. Staff were helpful, answered questions at reception, booked taxis for us, waitresses in the restaurant worked so hard. Spa /pool staff really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is brilliant, right across the road from the chairlift so in the morning no hassle getting there. We had children so that made it easy. Wooden huts were straight across the road to buy lift passes and ski school. We felt safe in this hotel with our children which is a massive factor when going away with young children. At night there was a mini disco and hey have childrens club with staff and film on before dinner. Theres a great little ski train that runs on the road that stops outside the front door and runs into the village of Folgaria. Folgaria is a delightful little Italian village with cafes, great ice cream shop, some clothing shops and hotels.
  : Its getting dated, decor could be updated, things renewed. The ski storage room could definitely be redone and improved. Lockers were old and it wasnt heated enough. The floor was wet and slippy. Access to ski store was from outside so that was really handy and satisfactory. There was a small area in the foyer to sit in comfy chairs but not large and the hotel would benefit from a larger area for this - although I dont know where they would extend this to. We enjoyed the food but some of it was too fancy for our children, they would really have Appreciated more simple things like pizza, although in saying that there was always a plain pasta dish on every night as an easy alternative.
