  : Good location in walking distance to the city, but that's all.
  : Upon checking in, we were not given clear instructions on how we would check in. We pressed the bell on a very difficult to read buzzer but no one came down to open the door. We waited outside until someone opened the large doors that the floor was unattended and that we needed to contact someone on WhatsApp. We had to use our international data that isn't cheap to contact the person through WhatsApp, we were greeted by a young man not on the premises, but from a different site. The young man showed us to our room and gave us 'continental breakfast cards' for 1 coffee, 1 juice and 1 croissant at a Cafe 100 metres from the ground floor entrance. The croissant from here was inedible and they were reluctant to serve us. This alleged 'breakfast' does not meet the definition of a 'continental breakfast' nor a 'bed and breakfast', but merely just a single room with a bed and shower. This is false advertising and overpriced for a bed and breakfast. The foyer area and bedroom included a wifi password that did not work and upon dating back the reviews, the wifi connection and access has been an issue on and off for over a year so don't expect them to fix the wifi anytime soon. Hard to imagine it being difficult to fix in this day and age. We messaged on WhatsApp again about the password being incorrect, but he ignored us. Finally after three phone call attempts over a WhatsApp phone call, he said that he would contact the owner about the issue. We did not hear back from this person and the issue has since not been resolved. If you want a 'continental breakfast', wifi that works and a person who is present at a 'bed and breakfast', then don't book V-Rooms del Angelo duomo.

  : Amazing location & very comfy beds! Good wifi & value for money (based on location alone)
  : There were no curtains on one side of the room and the shutters didnt close, which allowed light to come through at night, with reduced privacy by day. It was noisy at nightThere was a dirty cup in the bathroom on arrival and the shower flooded quickly if you didnt remove the grate/filter from the shower floorThe ceiling is super low upstairs so my kids let hitting their headsThe stairs are also very steepThe owners never replied to my specific enquiry regarding whether I could store our suitcases after check-out. I emailed them directly and asked the question through this website several times over several months. The answer is - you cant.
