: The location. The air condition. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment was large enough and comfortable. The communication. If I had a question they replayed as soon as possible.
: The street at night was noisy. It was hard to sleep. I missed the tv a little bit. And it was a little bit complicated to use the washing maschine.

: Loved the proximity to all the main areas in Florence. Was highly walkable, close to a taxi stand, and good restaurants. The apartment was large giving us enough space for our luggage. It was helpful to have a sofa bed so that if one is relaxing while the other is working, it was made possible. The washer and drying rack was much appreciated as was the AC and the internet.
: Wish that there was an elevator to lug all the baggage up. The noise level at night from the streets is insane. If you are a light sleeper, there is no way you can get any rest. The bed was a bit uncomfortable for me. Lastly, the bathroom door and the bedroom door didn't close all the way, forget about locking it.

: The location is excellent! The appartment itself is nice and clean! The kitchen is well equipped, so you could cook if you want. The host is supernice and very helpful! I would come back again.
: The noise from the street is very loud and unfortunately the bedroom is facing the street. And ear plugs somehow just do not work for me. Therefore I slept in the living room where you find a very comfortable pull out sofa. There I slept very well!
