: The host was extremely helpful and friendly. The original accommodation was not good for us very small and no air conditioning. But the host went out of her way to find us really lovely accommodation.Thank you for all your help

: Little kitchen and dining area, grocery store right across the street. Easy to find once located. The place is on the other side of the river from the train station, but only a 15 walk. We didnt have any hot water, we contacted our host and they came right away and fixed it and gave us a bottle of red wine.
: Small window in the bed area needs a curtain as the outside hallway light really brightens the room, neighbors can be loud if your not used to noise, one neighbor has a dog that does bark sometimes. No lift and it was up 3 floors.

: Supermarket is just outside the apartment. Only 20 minutes walking to the Central Station. That's it. Everything else is horrible.
: ATTENTION! THE INTERNET IS NOT WORKING THERE. When we called the owner, she said she couldn't do anything about it. Air conditioning was broken. The apartment has only 1 window, so it's very dark. And this window faces the inside yard where a big and VERY LOUD dog lives. It will bark all night long. Wuf wuf. Also the photos don't show how tiny this apartment is. The bed is awfully uncomfortable and squeaky. Don't choose this apartment, it's not worth its money.

: The location was very close to the main hub area! A five minute walk to the Basilica di Santa Maria Novella. The bed was comfy, and the apartment was very clean!
: It was on the third floor (fourth floor in Canada), and had no elevator so I wouldn’t recommend it for seniors! As well, the hot water tank was seriously small. My husband finished his shower and we had to wait about 30 min so that I could have mine. Also the one window doesn’t fully close properly, so there was light shining right in where you were sleeping every time someone turned the corridor light on surrounding the stairs.

  : Ottima posizione
: No reception services,,. Room was stinky, wi fi not working properly,,,. The check out was at 10 , they came at 9,45 and ask to leave the room for the cleaning.

: Comfortable bed although a tight squeeze going up the spiral staircase. I particularly liked the location of the studio with a lovely gelato shop on the corner.
: The studio was ok and had a few renovations . However, the bathroom although it had a relatively new shower cubicle and sink the tiling had very poor peeling paint throughout. I was staying here on my own to visit wonderful Venice but if it was for two people (or tall people) they would struggle.
