  : This loft, situated on the 7th floor, boasts some of the best views of Firenze! The owners did an incredible job renovating this space, and spared no expense! Yes, it is very small, however the panoramic windows and fold away murphy bed make it feel much larger. Excellent use of space for sure! There IS an elevator in the building, however its very small, so if you have large luggage, you may have to carry them up the narrow staircase as I did.. but even that wasn't so bad. The neighborhood, in my opinion, is far more exciting, artsy and less crowded than just over the bridge. If I visit Florence again, I would for sure stay on that side. For the price, this place can't be beat! Book it!
  : The only downside was the coffee pods provided didn't actually fit the machine. Luckily there are a ton of cafes right outside!

  : The location is very good, very close to the Center, right next to Ponte Vecchio. It's not on the main street so it's very quiet. Comfort: a very cozy room, perfect for a young couple. A very good bed for sleep after a long walk through the city. Practicality: the room is equipped with everything you need in case you want to prepare your meals yourself (a small fridge, cutlery, plates, pots etc). You have a microwave, a built-in induction hob and an espresso machine. It also has a TV, AC and a humidifier. View: the view is gorgeous as you can see them on the property's gallery. Design: The room's design is one of my top motives of choosing this room (indeed romantic). The girl from Florence Concierge who checked us in was excellent. She teached us everything around the room and more. She prepared us a list with all attractions and one with restaurants with good food and her favorite places to visit. She also helped us with more information on our online tickets ( she personally called the museums) and other questions we had. She also recommended us cheap supermarkets that were close to the location.
  : One inconvenient might be the elevator. Is very small and only two people without any luggage can enter (taking in the account that the property is situated at the 6th floor). Another inconvenient is that during our 4 nights stay no one came to clean the room despite the fact that we paid an additional cleaning tax. The garbage piled up and we even had to buy our own toilet paper.Also, in the bathroom the shower is not properly isolated (the water spills on the floor) and the vent is pretty dirty. The vent also has no turn off button and runs non stop which might be a fire hazard.

  : Location was really great - very central but without the chaos. There was a lovely view of the rooftops of Florence through large windows which make the space feel bigger. It is a pretty cramped space but I was traveling on my own so it was perfect for me. The bed is a fold up so I was worried about comfort but it was surprisingly very comfortable and spacious. I felt safe and comfortable staying here. There was a mini fridge and coffee maker and more things than I needed. The host gave me some great tips on what to see and what to eat.
  : It might have been a bit overpriced for the size of it but there's a chance that's because I visited during a major event in the city. Also the water leaks out of the shower stall, the door doesn't seem to seal properly.
