  : We stayed for 5 days. Very responsive host, great recommendations of sites/restaurants/attractions in Florence and surrounding region. Felt very welcomed and comfortable in the apartment. Had everything we needed for our stay - washing machine was a bonus.
  : Climbed 3 flights of stairs to the apartment on the third floor were a challenge as we had heavy suitcases and the staircase is quite narrow. We visited in winter and felt the apartment was difficult to keep warm at night due to gas heating system, would have preferred access to electric/AC - but there were extra blankets available.

  : - great location, walking distance of 15 min max to all main attractions- clean and very well equipped apartment - very comfy beds - communication with owner was easy, quick and perfect. Moreover, lots of Tipps given to make the stay in Florence even better
  : not a critic, but something to be aware off: - apartment is within ZTL (limited traffic zone), so you can not drive to the apartment with the car, even to unload the luggage - apartment is in 3rd floor and steps are really small, so bring as little luggage as possible

  : Its well located, you can go walking everywhere. There are many restaurants nearby as well. Ilaria is a great host. He gave us many recommendations and always responded quickly to messages for what we needed.
  : The stairs are a bit narrow to carry luggage but overall I dont think its a big deal.
