  : upstairs toilet did not work. cleaning fee is expensive 84 euros and does not explain why it costs so much when the apartment was left cleanly. very limited check in window.

  : perfect location to explore Florence. The host was in touch via WhatsApp which was brilliant and Joan stayed in touch with me throughout the day. She was there about 2 mins after we got to the property and let us in. She told us about all the different places to eat which was so helpful.
  : no elevator. not suitable for elderly, people with pushchairs or any disability. we were on the 4th floor and going up and down the stairs was not easy. The shower in the en-suite was completely blocked so we could only use one shower. As the trip was only 2 nights it didnt bother me too much.

  : To start communication was great! The location was ideal for visiting the heart of Florence (Renaissance walk and more)- most everything is within walking distance, there are many restaurants to choose from, and mini-marts for basic food necessities.The apartment was plenty spacious for our family (4), two bathrooms were nice, kitchen dishware was enough for our simple meals, and enjoyed having a washing machine for our laundry.Bonus: live music (cello and violin) in the courtyard at the end of the street, a pleasure to hear in the evening.
  : Appreciated having air conditioning, but the main AC unit put out a musty odor that could be eliminated at the end of the day by opening windows, or by shutting down and just running AC units in rooms with doors open. Main floor shower drain was slow, and upstair shower head had low water pressure, otherwise no complaints.

  : Excellent location, staff from sweatstay was very helpful, good choice for a group of people, you get what you pay for
  : Toilet and bathroom need an update, toilet did not flash easily and bathroom water pressure not strong, also one bathroom was clogged with hair from previous guests, very uncomfortable beds. Guy that brought the keys was a bit rude in communication because we arrived late (not our fault, there was a strike in trains)
