  : Location cant be beat. Close to all major landmarks.
  : Beds & pillows werent very comfortable, one shower door missing, and we werent told that the hot water heater is connected to a light switch in the bathroom, so thought the pilot light had gone out. Called our host for help, he said theyd send a repairman in the morningso maybe he didnt know either. We ended up figuring it out. Theres substantial street noise on the weekend, but thats not the propertys fault. Wasnt a problem for us, but theres no lift and 2+ flights of stairs.

  : Pitiful service. They never responded by phone. We had paid the reservation in advance and they did not want to give my colleagues the room because they did not have a credit card to pay the deposit, they did not offer a solution or alternative. Awful.

  : Best location, rooms are clean and neat, Riccardo was so nice to help us check in and introduce the view points to us.

  : Great location near Uffizi Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. A lot within a short walk to see and do. Apartment has a washer in the unit. Beds were comfortable and WiFi was reliable. Espresso machine in unit. Conad market a 2 minute walk to stock up on essentials. One set of towels per person, hotel sized shampoo and soap provided. Good communication prior to check-in.
  : Heat did not work the first night, and we could only get one of the three units to work on subsequent nights. The apartment next door had the same problem. The shower is missing a door causing water to flood the bathroom floor. Batteries were missing from one of the heater remotes and the TV remote. Drinking mugs were dirty and still had coffee stains and lip marks on them, and there was no dish soap. While the unit has a washing machine, there is no dryer and no balcony to hang wet clothes. There is a drying rack in the bathroom. The area is very noisy, especially at night from municipal trash collection and general yelling in the streets. While the unit is on the second floor, there are three flights of stairs to climb. Lastly, while the apartment is stocked with plenty of salt, there is no sugar.
