  : Paola, the host, is one of the best parts! she was so sweet to take time with us when we arrived and to talk to us about Florence. She had some snacks for us and helped us get a dinner reservation at Trattoria Marione, which was great. Its also really close to a tram stop which is how we got into the city every day. A/C worked very well.
  : There wasnt a lot of counter or desk space.

  : The property is very close to the tram station. Although it is a bit far from the city centre, it is easy to get there by tram. The kitchen is pretty handy.
  : The facilities did not meet the standard. Worst of it is can't use the toilet at all for 2 days. Shower curtains kept sticking to the body once get wet, which made taking shower is a very big challenge. The WIfi never works. We tried to use the wifi in the kitchen, but still kept dropping off. Had to give up and used own mobile data.

  : The convenience, it was close to the tram, we could use the convenience of a dining room, it was clean and they let us check in early
  : The shower was small and a little uncomfortable, although it got the job done, the bed and pillows could be better

  : The host was very easy to contact and helpful. She helped us book a taxi for an early morning and made the check in very easy with a video and step by step pictures. She allowed to stay in the kitchen even after check out for a few hours after our flight was delayed. The room itself was perfect for two people. The air conditioning worked great and was a wonderful treat to come home to after a day in the heat.
  : It is more of a hostel than a hotel. The wifi didn't work in our room so we had to sit in the kitchen to use it. The bathroom was clean but the shower was difficult to navigate without getting everything wet/tangled up in the curtain. Felt a bit overpriced for being so far from the city and not having the kitchen in the room like it is advertised on the listing.

  : Unfortunately in the bathroom is not shower place.Is all together and if you make a shower the water goes everywhere. The room is too small with a old double bed and the mattress was not good. Also mold on the walls in the room.Also very noisy because the room is on the ground floor.Is a old house with 3 rooms close each other. And the shared kitchen. Also the wifi is available only in the kitchen in the room no signal.
