  : The host Marco was kind and communicative. He was attentive and we appreciated. The room was clean and not far from city centre. The area is full of trattorias and wine bars which is great. Really good location.
  : The room looked old, but this is expected from this type of stay.

  : The location was fantastic, very quite residential area,walking distance to all of Florence sites. The room was absolutely huge and clean. The bedsheets were very good quality. The breakfast in the bar next door was Italian authentic and absolutely delicious. Marco and the staff in the breakfast bar were very communicative, helpful and cheerful. The B&B is next to supermarkets, bus stops and a few nice trattorias.
  : The kitchen space could have been more taken care after. That is probably to do with the guests and not with the B&B owner.

  : The host was amazing - really friendly and helpful, an absolute delight to talk with. The location is also very nice - it's on the other side of the river but really close to the bridges so you can actually just walk to all the main attractions of the city + there are some nice restaurants close by. You get breakfast coupons to the pasticceria on the other side of the street for 2 pastries and coffee - all really delicious. Host offers the parking garage which is amazing for center of Florence but BE WARNED - if you have anything bigger than a compact it may not fit. The rooms were neat and clean
  : Ok so the place is a bit dated, with the decor, wall colors, equipment, bathroom etc - it's all clean and functional but if you care about stuff like that it can be annoying - but remember - you are walking all day, you don't spend time in the room. This is definitely not a deal breaker as this place has such a nice atmosphere that you can overlook it. Real negatives for me were very uncomfy bed (way to soft) and tragic wifi.

  : Marco is so warm. He give me the suggestion about visiting Florence. I order a single room, they give me a double room.
  : Hot water is not very stable at the beginning. But Marco fix it later.

  : Location, property owner very friendly and cleanliness
  : Owner took 22 euro for city tax, which I observed very high comparison to other property and this you have to pay in cash. I dont like this otherwise stay and property will give you good experience.
