  : The location was great. Only a short walk to the centre of town and a short walk to the train station, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable enough and the staff, although not present in the accommodation were available via WhatsApp.
  : Some of the facilities were poor. The television was not in working order. The room was not cleaned during our stay, so no clean towels provided and neither were teabags/ coffee sachets replaced. The room was quite cold, but there was no little heater available. There was a small fridge, but no water provided, which meant we had to go out late, upon our arrival to look for water. That would have been a small but basic addition which would have made our arrival a bit easier. No breakfast vouchers were provided nor offered as an option.

  : The price and the location is of the property is excellent. All major areas of the Florence are within 10-15 minute walk range at most. Furthermore, there's a supermarket that is 2-3 minute walk away. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet in morning as well as the night. The room and the bathroom was clean and equipped with towels. The host was responsive and helpful. There's free wifi which had an adequate speed. Finally, there's an AC which was beneficial in a hot, Florence summer.
  : Unfortunately, the window doesn't open to the street but rather to an area in the middle of the building. Although, there's an AC, it didn't decrease the room temperature below 27.

  : A really sweet little place to stay, really clean and comfortable. The location is great just a short walk to the duomo and super close to the main train station if your travelling by train in Italy. It is a shared bathroom but its super clean and tidy. You also get voucher for a little cafe round the corner for brekkie which is really lovely!

  : Silvia was a lovely host, I didn't meet her, but the accommodations put in place for a smooth check-in (door code and key) were definitely helpful. The location was FANTASTIC and central to everywhere. The apartment building is located on Via della Spada and it's a quaint charming cobblestoned street, quiet enough at night time (to sleep with the balcony door open) but vibrant in the daytime as it is 2 streets over from the excitement of the main square where you have the cathedral and the restaurants. I walked everywhere, even to the bridge and the river. Oh and the MAJESTIC Duomo is just 10 minutes away, and it is breath-taking. I was in awe. The designer shopping streets and the carousel are 15-20 minutes walk from the apartment and the Santa Maria Novella train station to Milano or Livorno is 10-15 minutes away. There is something exciting to discover on every block and on every street, I was captivated and enjoyed my time in Florence so much, that I must go back for a longer period of time next year. I couldn't have wished for a better location, . The breakfast caff provided for the guest was a nice thought. Everything was fantastic and better than expected.
  : The room was a bit small and I understand the buildings in that location probably have a lot of history, but the furniture in the room can be reduced a bit to give more room for luggage and personal effect. This has nothing to do with the host, but the cobblestoned street in Italy always get when I have to drag a suitcase or 2. Haha. I guess it's part of the history and Italian experience.

  : 1. The air conditioning in the room was malfunctioning, but the host had concealed the situation. I communicated multiply before checking in, but he didn't mention a word about that. Due to the delayed train, I arrived very late. When I entered the corridor, I felt very stuffy and the room was a bit cool. I didn't realized that the air conditioning didn't work ,until finish a shower. It was already late at night, I could only hope for improvement the next day, as the host said he will come for a check the next day.2. The room is located above the kitchen in a restaurant, near the chimney, and is unusually stuffy. Coupled with the high temperatures in Italy this year, this situation has become even more unbearable.This situation was not mentioned in the Booking room facility introduction, but it was only discovered after I checked the evaluation that it confirmed why the bathroom and hallway were so stuffy.3.The smell of the room was very bad. The host came to inspect the room the next day and said he had dragged the floor, but he didn't feel any discomfort. HEHE, I'm not sure if he's used to the smell of oil fumes and corruption.4.The windows of the room are not soundproof, there is constant noise from late night racing car and drinking parades, and wearing earplugs is also very disturbed.5. At the 2ed nightthe host left a note briefly stating that I need to restart electric panel in the corridorand it would not be repaired until Monday.That's my fourthday. Even kown the risk without face-to-face guidance,I followed his instructions. The air conditioning would run for 2-3 minutes, but after a while it would make a dripping sound and generate hot air. No one can repeatedly restart it in the middle of the night.6. The host promised to refund the room fee for the remaining two nights, if I change hotels.
