  : Great location that you can easily reach the city center and the accommodation is very nice
  : Unfortunately that the smell of the room wasnt good (smell like cat pee) but we found out that it was the fried flowers they put in front of the bathroom. Another thing is the place does not keep sound nicely as you can hear when theres someone entering the corridor so I guess the people out of the room can hear things inside as well. And they have bicycles to rent, too bad that when we firstly saw we asked the daughter of the owner that can we borrow and she said yes, of course but it turned out 1 day before our departure that we have to pay for using it. We texted her with the word borrow but turn out borrowing there stuff is also to pay.

  : Very elegant and esthetic place. Wooden furnitures plus stone make an incredible feeling of luxury place.Location perfect for walking and enjoying old town.Taras was super.
  : 1) Poor comunication with host:A)Point of contact provided on booking.com desnt speek English and becouse of that deasnt answer phone (I was trying to call sevral times at the begining and nobody answered). Same with sending messages via boooking.com. No reaction for 3 messages i sent. 2) Poor information about option to park car.A) due to the fact that apartment is located in restricted area there wasn't option to park nearby. However we didn't get any map of clear instruction from the host where we can park our car. That was very frustrating trying to find the right street with free parking. It took over 1 hour. Finally we asked policeman for guidelines. He was more supportive than host.B) free parking near by (as provided on booking) in practice is located 600-800 m from apartment. That distans potentially would be an issue, so this information should be clearly announced.

  : Elegant decor and comfortable furnishings and bed. Nice, quiet area that is still close to the centre.
  : A little dark in the kitchen and bathroom area. Kitchen clean and workable - could be a bit better equipped.

  : First of all, Ferrara is beautiful. The flat is in the city center which is very convenient. The street is nice and quiet, with restaurants, coffee places, shops nearby. The flat is very charming with beautiful furnitures and decoration, well equipped, spacious with 1 bedroom, 1 large living room and an access to a small outdoor space. We loved the flat and felt at home immediately. We would book again this flat if we go back to Ferrara.

  : The style of the property is really good as well as the location. We especially liked the outside yard.
  : The sofa bed for us was super uncomfortable, but the kids loved it. So I guess it depends who are using it.
