  : Breakfast was great. Very tasty and on time according to your request on arrival. Lots of cookies hand made The pool was good but was not warmed even though it was 26th on September. Sauna didn't work and hot tub wasn't heated as well so it was kind of a miss for us.

  : Nice apartment with enough room to live and sleep without the need to shuffle everything each time you want to eat. The pool area was nice, with umbrellas, gazebos and also trees to get some fresh shade. We ate breakfast in our apartment so did not test the breakfast proposed by the property but it looked very nice as well.

  : The hotel was 15 minutes drive from the town of Ferrara, so away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the town. The two receptionists that we met during our time there both spoke English which was very helpful since I cannot speak Italian. The breakfast was not extravagant but was enough for me and depending on your schedule it is easy to change the time by filling in the form to suit your plans. There are nice green lawns around the hotel for taking a relaxing wander and it has an enclosed swimming pool in the grounds which the staff offered to open if we wanted to go swimming. The staff themselves went above and beyond to be helpful.
  : The ventilation system seemed to make the room warmer not colder and the towel drying radiator heated the wall through to the side of the bed. Once I realised this, I switched it off an evening and aired the room to cool it.

  : Miss communication at breakfast only received 2 hot meals instead of 4 but still plenty of cold foods

  : The pool was beautiful and they had a nice breakfast.
  : Our air conditioner did not work and though there was a screen - mosquitoes got in. It was tight for five people. The staff was polite but not friendly.
