  : First and foremost - The staff. Such an amazing experience of interacting first over email and then in person at breakfast. The staff really EXCELS at making guests feel loved. She remembered the exact espresso I liked, and so many other little things! The breakfast experience was made wildly amazing by the staff. The spa is REALLY well maintained, and an absolute pleasure. It is large, clean and the hot tub in the snow is quite the experience!Everything is super clean, and our room was spacious, bathroom was floor heated, and the house keeping every second day is just perfectFor skiers, the location would be incredible. It is next to the Nordic arena.Did I mention the staff deserves four hundred and eight three stars?? So attentive, yet non intrusive. Just SUPERB.
  : Even with the best of properties, there are always things to improve upon :)- The shower temperature changes suddenly for 30-45 seconds, to cold, which can be very disconcerting!- The view from our room was that of a parking lot on one side, and of the trees on the other. Not bad, but certainly not spectacular.- We felt the bed and pillows were not super comfortable, but it is a subjective view of things.
