: Close to hiking trails. Washing machine.
: Make sure you confirm your room type with them before booking. I booked a room with a balcony and mountain view and the property management staff put me in a room with neither. When I told them the issue , a rude woman manager argued with me for 15 minutes and then offered only a 10 euro deduction all in coins because they were sold out. Im tired of aggressive Italians taking advantage of tourists like this. Nonexistent fake customer service. Also. No air conditioning. 15 min walk to a beach with sand. The smallest flat screen tv I have ever seen. Poor communication and confusion about the actual b&b address and their office address for checkin and payment.

: Simple and clean room in the heart of Dervio. Nice self-service breakfast.
: Free parking space far away (check the map to find one), mostly all the lots are taken. Reserve time for finding and then walking to the property. The reception (to pick the keys) is two blocks away from the room, a bit difficult to find if arriving late.

: Very modern rooms, very clean, very good wifi and great water pressure.
: The listing suggested that it was an apartment that sleeps 4 people. We (2 male colleagues) were surprised to find that we had 1 double bed and some children's bunk beds (in a cupboard)

: Check in was easy
: For 70 euros per night the double room is not value for money. The room Is very small with no air flow and there is no air con, this means the room is extremely warm and uncomfortable. There is a fan that makes it slightly bearable but there was a storm and the fuses tripped meaning there was no power all night till 7am meaning I had no real sleep for 6 hours as the room was hot and uncomfortable. Other places in the same square had power so it was not an area power cut. The bathroom is tiny, the shower cubicle was very small if you turn around you push the tap and the water turns off. There is no shelf for toiletries so you have to put on the floor, when you bend down you push the shower door open, or you have to squat like at the gym. Not really the experience you want just after waking up. Room either needs air con, improved electrics or reduce the price to 40 euros. For 40 euros I would have rated 7.5/10
