  : I was met at the apartment and had a personal introduction to everything. The apartment is very roomy and light and the standard of everything is high. Great shower and bathroom facilities, good kitchen facilities. The location is amazing - right in the center, a few footsteps from the Duomo, and yet I was able to sleep peacefully. I would definitely stay here again.

  : Our host was waiting for us, it was very simple and easy to access the property once we arrived there. We were in constant communication with her before arrival so it was stress-free for us.
  : I cannot find anything we did not like. There were some minor wear and tear that were expected in a vacation unit. The location was fantastic in the center of Como so it was very easy to get in and out and be in the middle of everything. Shopping, access to the Ferry, walking at the lake, going sightseeing, etc. The supermarket is right there. We like to cook and the apartment has everything we need to prepare any meals, however, you have a ton of nice restaurants around it.

  : The flat was spacious and seems very newly remodeled. The place was in excellent condition and immaculately clean upon arrival. It's perfectly located in the heart of the walled city within Como. Great proximity to the Duomo, shopping, Lake Como and many, many restaurants. Very good parking about 500 meters away from the flat. The clothes washer (AND separate dryer) were clean and in great condition - this was a blessing after having been on the road for a while. The person who greeted us upon arrival at the flat was very professional, knowledgeable about the area and friendly. The management company provided good tips about the area, parking, etc in the confirmation packages and upon arrival.
  : The owners of the flat seem to be juggling about 20 or more properties and we had a few issues with the third party document processing company they were using: in particular they never explained which property they were requesting documents for, they were very slow to respond to requests for clarification prior to me sending copies of our passports, and then they apparently didn't even process the passports properly for the property management comapany as we were asked for documents again upon arrival. The apartment could benefit with a little more decor ( it's pretty bare bones as far as decor in the main areas) and especially could use more comfortable bedding ( The mattress of the sofa bed, in particular, was a bit 'thin'). If you are light sensitive, this place is not for you as there aren't room darkening shades or shutters. The heat was turned off for the building ( which apparently happens after May 1) which made the apartment a bit cool since the weather had turned rainy and cool.
