  : The lady who came to greet us was very pleasant, helpful, and courteous. She greeted us and showed us how to use the keys and showed us the facilities in the apartment.. She was extremely helpful with recommending restaurants. The apartment was very clean.The location was very good. Close to good restaurants, shops and bars. It was only a 5 minute walk to the lake.
  : When we arrived, the courtyard was not pleasant to look at, and our first impression was not good. The apartment itself was up 4 flights of stone stairs, which was not easy to carry up our luggage. Thankfully, the lady who greeted us was very kind and helped us with our luggage. The air conditioning was too noisy, so we had to switch this off whilst we slept. This made the room hot and uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.Noise from the above apartment (music) woke us every morning.

  : The location was good
  : It was very difficult to check in. I received an email from booking.com to check in at a different address and when I went there, found out the office was closed due to staff training. I called the number on the booking.com mail, it was wrong number. I tried other Italianway numbers, either they did not speak English or did not know what to do or did not answer the call. Finally someone called me to say he is coming in 30mins and gave me the keys from the safe.Terribly old building, trash and rubbles welcome you at the gate, too much noise from neighbours, TV not working, bugs in the bed, renovated but price is extremely high for the property.
