  : Apartment had everything we needed, spacious for the 2 of us. Very central in Como, many Cafes, restaurants and shops close by.
  : Shower was a little small. No mirror in the bedroom

  : Beautiful place clean and tidy when we got there. Heating was on beds were comfortable. Upon arrival we had tea and coffee and a nice little coffee machine. Nice big bathroom with a washing machine to use. And all towels supplied.
  : Melted cooking utensils which is a big no for me because of germs. Tv didnt work which I know some might say well your on holiday but it still would have been nice to have it working. No cooker only a hob and microwave which again if you cant afford to eat out every night your limited. And the bathroom window you could see straight through from the terrace so you had to make sure the curtain was pushed up against the glass at all times. The host was great and very welcoming though I didnt like being accused of not paying for the holiday when I did and he panicked me and made me look bad In front of my family and also I was told I had to pay extra tax when he stood there In front of my family at the beginning of the holiday and said 40 euros.

  : Massimo was very helpful in meeting us early and bringing a clothes drying rack. The bed was really comfortable. Having a washing machine in the bathroom and access to a dryer on another floor is great.
  : Sleep quality was terrible in spite of comfortable bed and shutters; with furniture scraping and footsteps from the apartment above, plus street noise except between about 2am to 5am. No fault of the host, but if the main bed was in the children's bunk room instead, or if the children' s bunks were single beds instead that could be pushed together, we would have been able to sleep well in that room away from the street and overhead noise. We had hoped to stay in the apartment above instead and that would also have helped I'm sure. Massimo clarified which apartment it was we booked, but some of the photos and excellent reviews we had read are from the apartment above.

  : Very stylish apartment in the center of Como lake. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Massimo was very fast reacting for any of our questions. Great communication.
  : If kitchen set up an oven will be perfect .
