  : The location within the historical area of the city of Como and 10 minute walk to the lake. Apartment is well equipped, and modern in decor.
  : No outdoor space or outlook ( ground floor despite loft reference) but set within an old historical building with a courtyard for cars. But you wont be spending much time in the apartment as the lake and mountain view by the harbour is stunning, and the apartment is close by.

  : This review is actually less about the property and more about MyHomeinComo, the company that manages this property. The property looks exactly as shown in the photos, but there was an issue with non-functioning air conditioning on a very hot day. Several hours were spent trying to troubleshoot the issue, and when all attempts failed, MyHomeinComo did what they could to make things right. They found another apartment available that was close to this one and moved us over. The new apartment was bigger and brighter than Como City Loft and made our nearly weeklong stay in Como more delightful. The team was responsive and focused on helping get our needs taken care of.
  : Regarding this property, the one main thing to note is that there is a huge market operating in front of the outside courtyard door a few days a week. This makes things very crowded if you are maneuvering through the stalls and people.

  : There is no air-condition at all. Apartment was very hot, impossible to sleep. We needed to leave after one terrible hot night.

  : Great Location minutes walking distance from the lake and shopping areas.
  : Air conditioning needs to be fixed for the summer season. I would not stay again if not fixed.

  : The property was overall very nice, spacious and comfortable, also very well located and well equipped. The property was efficient in answering on the emails, however, phone would have been a little more faster and comfortable, specially when we arrived.
  : Finding the keys was a challenge and no one answered the phone when I called in the night. It was like a puzzle to find the keys and find your right apartment. Sine we stayed for 5 nights, linen should have been changed by the property owners on their own.
