  : In a run down area, there is no reception you need to goto the Mecure Hotel next door, it's advertised as has a pool. You have to rent towels from Mecure Hotel and pay to use the pool a 5 minute walk away.

  : The hotel that I was booked in was closed at our arrival at 4:30 pm. We were sent to sister hotel across the road where the restaurant and pool are actually located. We were on our honeymoon and requested the matrimonial bed. It was 2 single beds with a crack in between the two beds which we fell into on our matrimonial night.
  : The location is beautiful. There is no true beach area. Additionally, the pool has a mandatory swim cap policy which was never stated. No signs posted. We paid for 2 caps because as I put my toe in the pool the lifeguard called to me and my husband (who is Italian) that I needed a swim cap because hair clogs up the pool filter. This is not the law in Italy and Civitivecchia. After purchasing 2 caps, there were numerous people who got into the water with NO SWIMMING CAP. I felt it was a double standard. It was only then that I noticed that I was the only African American woman in the pool area. It may be just coincidence but when I look at the entire experience, it was NOT good! The food was good, the food service was good but when we tried to talk to the manger he did not seem interested. As a matter of fact, when my husband and I were walk-in to our room, we didnt realize the manager was behind us. He stepped on the back of my sandal which almost caused me to fall if my husband was not holding my hand. We were both shocked because we didnt hear him approach and later my husband was shocked at how close he was behind us without our realizing what he was doing. He did give a half hearted apology and later went to the front desk and reported the incident as well as the beautiful hotel who referred us.

  : Everything. Place looks very rundown. Inconvenience of walking almost 750m to the hotel on the other side to check in and meals. The photos on web site are before, I have after. Terrible
