  : Th worst accomodation experience I ever had. It cant be called B&B , just because you have a bed and biscuits for breakfast. Basically it is just room in the appartement , which is quite rundown. Shared bathroom is an unpleasant experience, you need to share it with potentially 6 other guests. There are complicated rules for check in . The towels provided were only hand towels no bath towels. I cant believe its allowed to be advertised as Hotel .

  : The room was nice, breakfast was a small snack. Good location, near the airport, as my flight got delayed I needed a quick backup place to stay for the night. The host was very welcoming and nice.
  : The neighbourhood seemed sketchy and getting in and out of the hotel was a hassle.

  : Perfect location for one night stop next to the airport. The host is really nice and available.

  : My host was the sweetest person, and the room was nice and comfy. Good option when arriving late, and you only want a bed to rest from a long day.
  : I built up another idea, since I read B&B. This is an apartment well arranged as a B&B. So keep this in mind when you book.

  : The location was great and it was not difficult to find our way around the city. The host was very nice as well, she has friendly neighbors that helped us around the building.
  : The bed was comfortable but very squeaky, it made sound every time you move and the pillow was too flat. I left my cream in the bathroom and it was thrown in the bin, since we haven't checked out yet it should have been kept where it was or at the reception for the owner to find it.

  : If you miss your flight, this is most probably a good place to stay, given its proximity to the airport and Ciampino train station (5-min walk) where the airport bus stops. Rome is also easy to reach, only 18 mins by train and costs 1.50 EUR. A big plus was that it was available at short notice in the evening when we realized we will not make it to our connecting flight. We were welcomed into the facility fast and efficiently. Please note that it is B&B which in reality is one apartment in the apartment building.
  : The facilities are quite old but it is OK for a short stay. At the end, in Italy, houses are like that. For a non-smoker it was a bit unpleasant to stay in a room where smoking is allowed, you can feel the smell. The hostess was very concerned when do we check-out and made it clear that it cannot go over even 1 minute after 10. I believe there was also a dog in the apartment who started barking loud when we went for a breakfast at 7.30; most probably waking up other guests as a result.... If your flight is later in the afternoon, please note that it is not possible to keep your luggage and pick it up later. With all these stressful rules, I would rather stay elsewhere the next time.
