  : Showerhead was completely broken, also the shower drain was clogged. Toilet was dripping water constantly water and making noise. Some kind of doorbell sound constantly outside the room (even early in the morning). Couldn't get either hot nor cold water from the tap. Lady at the reception did not speak any english and kept speaking italian to us even when we made clear we didn't understand.

  : Nothing was done right. I spoke with the owner on the phone and requested a missing chair to be able to sit on the desk. I too asked about a/c and not only he does advertise with A/c but it’s a complete lie. Hotel doesn’t come with A/C nor does it provide a fan to make up for the false advertising. Workers are extremely lazy and didn’t bother to provide help with any requests. Parking is on the street. Majority of the employees have little to no curtesy either. They also have very little customers service skills either. They speak extremely little Italian and do not know nothing about how to manage a hotel. Owner was extremely rude and didn’t bother to provide any help either. Place is also ridiculously dirty and smells like cigarettes. Refuses to provide receipt either and then come to mention the Receipt was in the drawer. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
