  : The property is a good one with view and proximity to the city center, supermarket and gas station. Free parking was available on the street, which was a plus.However there are several issues that need to be mentioned, so that the owners improve the quality of the stay of the future guests.First, The contact person booking.com shared with us never responded our messages. We filled the online forms about our arrival time, hoping that she welcomes us on time. But when we arrived no one was there. Contact person did not answer her phone either. Only after we called the booking.com, another contact person arrived to the property. This was very disapponting and stressful, as we thought this is scam.Second, There is big difference between what we have seen in the photos and what we saw in real. The property was not throughly cleaned, there were hairs in the big bathroom, and crumbs in the sofas and small bedroom over the bed sheets.Third and one of the most serious one was the hot water problem. The button to arrange temperature of the water was broken in the small bathroom. And the water was burning hot. When we mentioned this problem to new contact person, she asked us to screw it. Is it our responsibility to fix it? We tried hard to fix it by hand, no help. We are not plumbers after all, and the response we received was incredibly annoying!There are also problems in the big bathroom. The bath tub has no curtain, and when you have a shower, all the bathroom went wet. It also makes a bad smell.Another very annoying issue was coachroaches. There is no way to naturally ventilate the bedrooms, because there were death coachroaches over the window outside. We also catched three live coachroaches! This has nothing to do with renting a flat with garden. This was about lack of hygiene and certify that the house needs disinfectation.There were also problems in the garden lightening.
