  : Etna view.big terrace. Big apartment.lift available.
  : Localisation- no sign that apartment is in the place below given address. Seems like office building. No marks anywhere. Apartment- water pump extremly loud. After flushing water in toilet or even use the water in the sink it turns on and gives loud noise in whole apartment and even around it (you can hear it on the tarrace). If you want to use toilet in the night be sure that you wake up whole neirbourhood. Do something about that because its really loud. The water heater in the second (new) bathroom- ok but for 1 person. If you want to take shower after someone be sure that you need to wait until warm water starts flow.Contact with the agency taking care about apartment- as we arrived we tried to call on every phone no given on the webpage. We have been waiting approx 40min for someone to give keys. We informed about what time approx we will be on place so in our opinion someone should be there before and waiting for customers to give keys..No WiFi

  : AVOID! The only pros is that the place is spacious and quite close to the railway station.
  : Cons: - The surrounding streets are really messy. Trash all over the street, a homeless guy sleeping literally in front of the building.- There is no wifi! There is no internet in 2023.- Your data and documents have to be registered, but they want you to do it yourself in advance and pay the tax also in advance online. The self-registration is optional, but they try to force you to do it yourself and say that it compulsory. It's not. Registration is compulsory, self-registration is not.- We got 3 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people for 5 nights.- 1 mosquito repellent device for 2 bedrooms. Yes, there are plenty of mosquitos.- We have stayed at many places in Catania and Sicily, and despite there is a selective waste collecting policy in Sicily, not a single other host asked us to collect and take out the litter from the flat to the street. Also this place comes with a threat that if you leave the waste in the bins or mix the selective waste, they would try to charge you 150 euros.- There is a late check-in option (for a 25-30 euros), and a late check-out option (for free) according to their booking confirmation letter. But when I asked for the late check-out (since we went on an excursion, and would use the place only as a luggage storage for the day) they would charge 70 euros! When I refused to pay, I finally got the option for free...
