  : The location is the best thing about this hotel, easily accessed from the airport, on a street with many nice restaurants in close proximity.
  : No exterior signage for the hotel - not even on the bell pushes at the street door - we had to enquire of the cafe next door where the hotel was. The lift is ...quaint ?..old style cage type, any more than two people with baggage and it has to be used in relays - and of course it broke down during our stay ! Access to your room requires 4, yes four, keys - one for the street door, one for the lift/lobby access, one for the door into the accommodation area and finally one for your room ! The promised inner courtyard view from my room was just that - an interior parking yard with cars, building materials and a view into the H&M shop next door. The rate says "breakfast included" which is... inaccurate? There is no in house facility. You are given a "voucher" which can be used at a cafe nearby which entitles you to one pastry and one cup of coffee, hardly a breakfast and not to be compared with the breakfast offerings of similar hotels. You can of course order more, but at extra cost. No parking at the hotel, the recommended commercial parking is a several blocks away - difficult with baggage, or any mobility issues - but the staff there are efficient, friendly.

  : The location is great - close to Giardino Bellini, Duomo di Catania, Alibus/bus stops and metro station Stesicoro. The staff is also amazing - friendly and very helpful. Spacious room and bathroom.
  : Overall clean, but could be improved. The beds were not that comfortable.
