: A new ,modern, spacious, nicely decorated apartment in a renovated building. The neighbourhood and the whole establishment were quiet too ,although it was close to the old town centre.
: 1)An annoying whistle coming from a closet next to the bathroom- probably from the plumbing system- woke us up at 3.00AM during our second night. It stopped after a while and we thought it was not going to happen again. The following night it started again and it was continuous. We sent an sms at 21.00 to the gentleman in charge mentioning the noise and we were...reprimanded for not telling it earlier, which was of course worse than the noise itself!!We were given instructions on how to fix the problem but our good mood disappeared. And of course the noise kept on... 2)The apartment was not cleaned during our three night stay although everyday cleaning is mentioned as one of the amenities. When we mentioned it, we were told that the apartment is cleaned only when somebody stays over six nights. If you need something eg fresh towels, you have to ask and they will bring. But the point is that the description of the amenities is not precise. 3)Poor wi fi in the bedroom

: great location, very little noise given how center it is, very good large balcony, exceptional staff at front desk, easy and quick check-in and check-out.
: the floors are not carpet (which is good, as it is a lot more hygienic) but are therefore cold, some slippers could really be a nice touch.
