  : The views of the surrounding vineyards & Mt Etna were stunning.
  : The marketing suggests a grand entrance with restaurant next to resort. Reality is a tiny country lane leading to a hard to find even tinier gravel track to a strange little car park with no indication where the hotel is. Finally found reception and trekked back for our luggage. The restaurant is a steep hike up the hill. It is an imposing room with a viewing terrace where we had a lovely drink served by the wonderful Matteo. However the rest of our experienced in the restaurant was terrible due to some very weird behaviour by a white shirted manager. We had to wait a very long time for him to get us menus and then drinks. The vibe was off. Sadly for all it promises this property did not deliver.

  : Beautiful design - inspired by Californian wine regions with an Etna twist (volcanic rock used as a building material). Very new in contrast to other places we'd been staying. The room was lovely with a little private balcony and shutters that completely blocked light. The pool area was fabulous with a stunning view of the vineyard and of Mt Etna. Loads of insects because of the vegetation. Breakfast was nice. Coffee was average. Great little gym with new equipment and a view of Mt Etna. The restaurant design, setting and view was breathtaking. Food was average though we were able to try almost all of the wines produced by the vineyard. Service was great. We went to a different town each night for dinner and passeggiare (Randazzo, Passopisciaro, Linguaglossa) and had a great time exploring. Around an hour to drive to the meeting point at Etna North to hike the summit.
  : Noisy air conditioner that stopped working when more guests arrived (it was 45C during our stay!). Water flow and hot water very disrupted; shower often sputtering, then cold, then scalding. Quite remote. I didn't appreciate just how remote it was from Google maps, but driving anywhere is minimum 20 minutes. I'd chosen the location as I was keen to visit some local winemakers however we found none were open, in fact between 12-5pm everywhere is completely shut down save for one or two trattorias in the larger towns like Randazzo.

  : Good but remote location as can be expected for a Wine Experience Agri-tourism location. Lovely setting in a vineyard with a good pool/wine bar facility and a very impressive and nice restaurant building serving very nice food and wine with great waiting staff.
  : Some issue with plumbing in bathroom on second day which slightly took the edge off but a good stay.

  : - Beautiful views and surroundings. - The buffet breakfast was ok - nice fresh pastries and fruit but no hot food - The two cats
  : This place had a lot of potential, unfortunately due to some really awful events that happened I cannot recommend others to stay here. - The area upstairs from the reception where there were three rooms had the most awful stench like sewerage it was so unpleasant and sickening. - the rooms were also very paper thin i could hear everything from the rooms next door including all conversations and sounds - checkin was at 2pm and two of the rooms weren't ready until 3.30pm - our room had a broken light that caused it to flash directly into our eye view in the bed all night and we did not sleep at all. We could not turn this off and there is no 24/7 reception. (I'm talking a very bright flashing strobe type light) - in the morning they asked for some compensation- the staff asked them to wait around for 30-40 minutes saying they would be sorted out and came back saying management said no Just an awful experience for a 4 star resort and after how much money we spent there for the night $1500 aud accomodation and dinner. Do not recommend
