  : Breakfast was nice with many choices and great to have a balcony facing the sea. The hotel is just by the seaside, not many tourists in late September. A quiet town and some beaches within walking distance. Not the fanciest beaches but good enough if you don't want them over-crowded. Some really good restaurants around the corner.
  : The weather was a bit unreliable end of September but a good book or a daytrip to nearby Pisa or Livorno can save a cloudy day

  : The staff was hard to contact.We tried to request a late check in.The reception closed at 8pm sharp and would not wait an extra 15-20 min for us to arrive from Pisa.We had to get the wifi password from another guest.

  : The stuff was perfect <3 They were very kind and helpful. They've made in this hotel magic atmosphere like in home. You can fell there relaxed and safe. They are always smiling :) Breakfasts are basic but you can order really really good, Italian coffee made by the owner. If you need help they always have solution and as a guest of this hotel you have 10% discount in the nearby restaurant with beautiful view of the sea, perfect pizza (quattro formaggi is the best) and delicious wines. It's near to the beautiful White Beach
  : There are some unclear informations about which room you can get. When I was choosing the option there were information about view of the sea and the picture of the room was different. Room was too small for 4 people. Wifi was but the range was too low to do anything, so there wasn't wifi (only near to the reception worked enough). Shower cabin was also small and uncomfortable. So the prize was too high up to the quality, but the stuff saved everything ;)
