  : The hotel did not meet our expectations. During the check-in process, we had an unpleasant experience - they gave us a room that we did not reserve. I want to warn future guests to check carefully before making a reservation because the hotel obviously shows the same photos on the Booking platform for all types of rooms. We booked a four-bed room with two adjoining bedrooms, and they tried to accommodate us in one room with four beds. They responded quickly and gave us the room we reserved, but then another problem occurred. In one of the bedrooms, the air conditioner does not work, and since they could not fix it, they offered us to change the room again, that is, for two people to move to a double room. We accepted it, but there is also a problem in the new room. The canister in the toilet is so noisy, louder than the tractor. However, what left the worst impression was the behavior of the manager, who does not care about the quality of the service and who, in response to all our complaints, says that we can leave if we don't like it and that Booking is obliged to find us better accommodation. I don't know who edits the hotel page on the Booking portal, but it doesn't work well. They are convinced that a four-bed room and a four-bed room with two bedrooms are the same. Since we saw that we could not explain the essence of the problem to the manager and since she was very rude, we raised a complaint with the customer support, Booking accepted that complaint and refunded us a part of the money. The next day, the hotel manager tried to charge us that amount (because she received an email from Booking requesting a penalty payment, and she was furious). It was another unpleasant experience, and we spent half an hour explaining to her that we requested a refund from Booking. com portal and that we cannot influence their decision from whom to collect that amount.

  : Hotel needs some renovation and repairmant. Backyard (where you go by to get to the beach) was quite messy.
