  : The hotel service experience was extremely bad. We arrived after 8 pm and received insulting and humiliating service. The employee spoke in a loud and disparaging tone. She asked us to leave our passports with her over the night, but we refused, explaining that it is customary to take pictures of them instead. She raised her voice and scolded us, saying that we would not get the room if we did not leave the documents for the entire night. After we asked to speak to her manager, she went to the phone and returned a few moments later, saying that the manager had approved taking pictures of the passports. When I asked her why she had spoken to us in such an insulting manner, she replied that she was on dinner duty and had to take care of the reception as well. We told her that, as her guests, we expected to be served respectfully. She did not apologize and simply handed us the key to the room, indicating that we had to vacate the hotel by 10 am. This employee should not be in a customer service role. If the hotel owner employs such individuals, they should be aware that they are driving customers away. We do not recommend staying at this hotel. There are many better alternatives in the area.

  : The size of the room is very comfortable: there is an entrance hall with space to leave all your outside gear (jacket, shoes, back packs), a roomy bathroom (with bidet :) ), and a nice and big bed. Even a balcony where you can enjoy the mountain air.
  : The building and deco was outdated and old. I went to the swimming pool, there was a beeping noise all the time I was there, like an alarm or smth. And the fact that our room was oriented to the noisy street was a bit tiering too.

  : Amazing location with even better staff. The room was large and comfortable. Good WiFi and very well located to two different regional bus lines. They also gave us a bus pass which helped cut down the logistical stress of navigating a new area.
  : It was dated, but comfortable. Some updates could be made.
