: The location was excellent. Also the breakfast and more than that the staff was so helpful and made me feel welcome. They answered to my questions and even showed interest in being of service.
: The noise is a problem, it could be because it's an old house so all noises from the next room can be easily heard especially in the early morning.

: It's not a B&B it's a hotel with breakfast option (15e /guest). No staff at hotel after noon. Hotel didn't say how to check-in. Had to drive to different hotel for that, then had to drive to park garage, long walk with luggage to room. No handicap access

: Didnt like hauling our luggage down a hill to check in at a different location, then having to haul it back up the hill to the hotel. Since there is no air conditioning, each room should have a fan for warm nights. Also, the clothes dryer was out of order.

: The location is nice on the main square, the rooms were comfortable although hot mid day in the summer without AC, and the honesty bar was nice.
: Hotel Cavallino charged us twice for our stay and has not returned our money. The hotel acknowledged they made an error and we have reminded them to return the money multiple times but it has been 3 weeks since we initially raised the issue and we have received no money. We paid in full for our stay in early September ahead of time through Booking.com. During our stay we ate at the main hotel restaurant. After eating we went to the reception to pay for our dinner. Without us realizing the hotel charged us for our dinner and our room a second time. We did not realize this until several days later when reviewing our credit card statement. We immediately contacted the hotel with receipts and they apologized and acknowledged their mistake. They said they would return the money. However it has now been 21 days and I have sent 4 reminder emails and we have received nothing. We would never have imagined a hotel with such good ratings previously would steal from us. We have never experienced such unprofessionalism from a hotel in our lives and could not recommend this establishment to anyone. Additionally we also planned to wash our clothes here but the washer was so smelly we left. We also thought based on the hotel marketing that the washer would be free but it was $8 a load.
